So I have to write a paper for my seminar about Martin Luther King Jr, "I have a dream" speech. He is really good man and the speech is good too. I respect for him and I want to introduce his background, his character, what he did, effect of the speech. everything! I don't know weather I can do that or not, but I will do my best. Weather of New Savonie

I am going to talk about the weather of New Savonie. Almost every day is sunny and hot, but we have thunderstorm only in the evening. Most thunderstorms are terrible, but it brings us water to live so thunderstorm is very important to New Savonie people. Recently, however, thunderstorms in New Savonie gradually become more terrible. These take more lone time to stay there than past one. There is a reason why the phenomenon caused. Global warming has affected the weather of all over the world, so New Savonie is also one of the costs. However, all thunderstorms quit when sun goes down, so they can see a really beautiful sunset there. There are a lot of beaches in New Savonie, so watching sunsets in any beaches is really good. New Savonie people like the weather of there because they have their own special products named Mapacora. It is easy for Mapacora to grow in such climate, and Mapacora is used for making ice cream. Mapacora ice cream is so delicious and famous for people from foreign country. So New Savonie people appreciate that they can live in such good weather place.

Famous Natural Places

I am going to talk about famous natural sites of our country. New Savonie has a lot of beautiful sea, so they are many beautiful beaches. I am going to tell you the three famous beaches. First, the most beautiful beach, its name is Narinie. There are white sand and pink shells on the beach. Then, these are mixed together so the color of sand is white pink. Narinie is the only beach which has white pink sand, so New Savonie people have saved the beach from any pollution. Second, the good sound beach, its name is Timowave. Timowave is not so big beach, but the sounds of waves are very good and relaxing. Sleeping with the sounds of waves under the tree is the best relaxation in New Savonie. Even when it rains, the sounds of dropping rain into sea are amazing. Third, the paradise of life, its name is Pombaran. We can see a lot of ocean creates there, for example, small crabs, cute starfishes, many kinds of tropical fishes and so on. Creates living in Pimbaran are very friendly, so we can see them, touch them and even play with them. However, no on catches and brings anywhere the fishes in order to protect the cute and friendly ocean creates. (213)

Kumamoto Essay

There are many special products in Kumamoto especially foods, for example, Basashi, Karashirenkon, Banpeiyu and so on. They are not famous for only Kumamoto but also for all over Japan. Some TV program introduced Kumamoto dishes. I am going to talk about two foods, shio-tomato and taipien.
First, I am going to introduce Shio-tomato. Shio-tomato is a kind of tomato. It is sweeter than the common tomato which we can buy in a supermarket, because shio-tomato is grown in reclaimed land. Reclaimed land is salty land. Hachibee tomato is the name of branded shio-tomato. It is sold in Yatsushiro. The name means that it is grown up in Yatsushiro and Yatsushiro is plain field, in Japanese, yatsushiro (八代) heiya. Then, yatsu and hei are picked up and the two words are put together, and then
hachibee is completed! There are many dishes which use shio-tomato. I will introduce some of them. First is "Tomato spaghetti". It is very common that tomatoes are used as one of ingredients for spaghetti. However, shio-tomato is so sweet that the spaghetti which uses shio-tomatos is more delicious than common one. Second, I am going to introduce "tomato doughnut". Have you ever heard a doughnut which includes tomatoes? This doughnut is a little red. This doughnut is so delicious that you should try! I am sure that you like it.
Next I am going to talk about taipien. Taipien is one of very famous Kumamoto foods. It looks like ramen but the ingredients are different from ramen. Taipien comes from China in Meiji period. Chinese taipien is high class and expensive so Japanese changed the ingredients, for example, swallow's nests changed to flied eggs, shark fins changed to bean-starch vermicellies. Taipien is famous for Kumamoto people so it is usual that taipien is served to children as school provided lunch. Most of Kumamoto people like taipien so there are many restaurants which serve taipien.
As you can see, there are delicious foods in Kumamoto. If you have some foods which you want to try, you should do. (345)

Nanny's Essay

We have a lot of chances to meet many people in our life and also have chances to part from many people. In this movie, Annie met the job which called nanny and parted from the job. I think people can find themselves or change themselves by meeting new things.
There are many chances to change in life, but meetings with people are very important one because we do something for a person and the person does something for us too. Annie’s meeting with Mrs. X and Grayer brought her the big chance to change. Of course, Annie took good care of Grayer, but he also thought Annie was the precious person. So she could find that the most important thing and what she wanted to be at last. I have also met a person who influenced me. Because of the person, I could decide my goal and what I wanted to study in the future.
Annie’s worry, what she is and what she want to be, is very understandable for me. In fact, I don’t know who I am exactly and I don’t know what I want to be. I am going to study abroad this year so I want to meet a lot of people, culture and so on. I think I can finally find myself through those experiences. (221)

Hitch

I saw the movie named "Hitch". I really wanted to see it because I was recommended it by one of my friends and my favorite actor, Will Smith, appeared on it. Hitch (Will Smith) is a man who support people who have a favorite person. They have favorite person, but they don't know what to do so Hitch gives them some advises. The person who was given advises by him succeed got the favorite woman. That was so interesting. Also, Hitch had his own thoughts for woman, but these were not always right idea. For some women, Hitch's thoughts are very strange. Then Hitch finally met the only woman who was really nice. He wanted to go out with her, but there were some problems. This movie was so nice. So I recommend it! When you see this movie, I am sure that you will LOVE Will Smith. He is so cool and I love him!

My Summer Vacation Plan

I have a lot of plans for summer vacation. First, I am going to go to my friend's cottage with my best friends. We are going to bar be cue, go to hot spring, do fireworks and so on. I am really looking forward to that. It must be very fun! Second, I will leave for America on August 19th. Actually, I will go to Montana State University to study abroad. I am little nervous to do that but I am also looking forward to doing that. I have already known my roommate in the dormitory. She is from Costa Rica and plays golf. I am going to make a huge amount of memories. (114)

July 17th

July 17th, I went to my university because I had a writing make up class. After that, I went to a cafeteria with Narisa to meet a man and Ayano. Actually, the day was open cumpus day at KGU. Ayano was one of the staffs of open campus so I went to cafeteria to see whether she worked well or not. haha Then, I and Narisa went to the English Lounge. Narisa was also a staff of English Lounge so I went there to help her. Actually, the English Lounge was not so clean so we cleaned there at first. I thought that Japanese were cleanly person because exchange students didn't take care of their own garbage! I can't believe it. Don't you think so, Narisa? haha After that, many high school students visited the English Lounge! I was so surprised because I had not thought that such lots of people come there. There are not enough chair in it. Can you believe that? I, Narisa and Judy served coffee and tea. That was so terrible. However, everyone seemed to enjoy the lounge and I also enjoyed the time! There was a girl who could speak English very well! I was surprised at her. According to her telling, she went to Texas to study English last year. Oh, I got it.

After that, I went to Fujisaki stadium to watch my brother's baseball game! It was the first time for me to watch a high school baseball game. I went there by walk and it took almost 1 hour to do because I went there for the first time. I was so tired but I was looking forward to seeing the game. However, sadly when I arrived at the stadium, it began to rain. Oh my god :( I was very sad because the game might quit because of rain. I prayed the sky "Please! Please stop raining!" After 2 hours, finally the game was restarted. I cheered on my brother's team and they did their best so they won the game!!! I was so glad to see that. I thought that I wanted to do any sports again, basketball, volleyball, soccer and everything! Next game will be on 20th. So I am unable to make a decision whether I should go to see it again or not because it is Tuesday and I have FIVE classes on Tuesday. haha But I want to go. Hmm... (406)

Sad day

Yesterday, July 16th, was a sad day. Why? Because I said good-bye to exchange students in this university. I and my friends made photo albums for them so we went to the doom to give it to them. When we arrived at the doom, we talked each other about funny things. I thought that time was so interesting and memorable. We talked, laughed and finally I and my friends gave the present. The exchange students seemed to be happy and like it. We took photos with it. I was so happy when the exchange students looked at the albums and said "Thank you, it is so cute!". However, I also felt sad because I realized that they would leave Japan and we might not be able to meet each other again. Some of my friends and the exchange students cried.

Also, there was another sad thing yesterday. I had a part-time job in a cram school, but yesterday's class was the last class for one of my students because I go to America next month. She gave me a present and said "Good luck, I will do my best so you will also do your best!" Thank you! (197)

Mr. Bean

Mr. Bean is sleeping. The alarm clock rings at 8:00. He stops the alarm and puts it into a glass of water. After that he goes on sleeping. A automatic tea maker begins to make steam that goes on his foot. He shuts the end of tube with his big toe. Time passes and it’s 8:53 now. He notices the time and finally wakes up. But he doesn’t wake up perfectly. So he bangs into the wall. He puts on his slipper. After that he opens the curtain. He swings his arms for morning exercise and turns on the light. He begins to shave. It seems that shaving works well, but his nose hair tangles in the shaver so he cuts his nose hair. He takes out a jacket from his wardrobe and hangs out the wet alarm. He notices the memo which was in his jacket and looks at the clock and was surprised. He was supposed to go to the dentist at 9:00. He leaves his room. But he comes back and tucks in his teddy bear with his blanket. After that he leaves by car hastily.

He dashes to his car and he throws some clothes into his car. He grabs a brick and he gets in the car. When the car starts, it knocked some garbage cans down. He changes into his shirt. Then he put the brick on the accelerator. After that, he changes into his pants. He moves to the back seat and drives with his feet. He puts on his jacket and moves to the driver’s seat again. He puts on his socksand ties his tie. His car is going round a roundabout while he is putting on the tie and his shoes. He took off the brick and he drove out of the roundabout. Then he holds the handle between his teeth while he puts toothpaste on his toothbrush. He tried to put the toothpaste on the toothbrush but failed to do it. He scrapes the paste off of the dashboard with the toothbrush and brushes his teeth. He rinses his mouth and then he spits it out. It hits a man’s butt and the man thought it is bird droppings, but they smelt strange. At the parking area, his car pushes a car what is already parked out of the space. A police woman comes. She see his pants’ zipper is open and his pajama showing and Mr Bean pulls them out..

He walks into the dentist’s room and sits down in the dentist’s chair. A nurse puts a bib on him and the doctor asks a question and prepares for Mr. Bean’s treatment. But while the doctor prepares, the Mr Bean makes the dentist’s chair goes down and down. Mr. Bean desperately does something to the chair. Finally, the chair returns to the right position just when the doctor finishes his preparations. Then the doctor comes around the chair, bringing the x-ray and something to drink and turns on the light and cleans Mr. Bean’s mouth with a suction tube. Then the doctor checks Mr. Bean’s cavity and Mr. Bean jerks from the his pain of his cavity. While the doctor prepares something again, Mr. Bean plays with the suction tube. He touches his cheek, touches his tongue and cleans his jacket with it. Moreover, the suction tube sucks the doctor’s drink. The doctor seems to be angry when he sees the glass. The doctor gives an anesthetic injection for Mr. Bean to make Mr. Bean’s mouth go numb. The doctor prepares something and Mr. Bean plays with the needle and hides it when the dentist returns. The doctor comes near by Mr. Bean, bringing filling and the doctor see his watch to check how much time has passed. Then, the doctor checks Mr. Bean’s cavity again, but Mr Bean gives an injection because Mr. Bean was hiding the needle. The doctor’s leg goes to sleep and he falls down. Mr. Bean thinks he doesn’t have enough time so he thinks of doing something himself. He looks at the x-ray, counts his teeth and treats his cavity by himself. He seems to succeed, but he reverses the x-ray and thinks that he might have treated wrong tooth. So he tries again, but he realized that he can reverse the x-ray from upside to downside. So he tries again. However, he has one problem, he can’t open his mouth because his jaws stuck together from the filling material. He tries open his mouth but he can’t. Then the doctor wakes up at last and Mr. Bean is surprised at the doctor’s waking up. Fortunately, when Mr. Bean is surprised at the doctor, Mr. Bean’s mouth opens. Despite the doctor’s anger for Mr. Bean, Mr. Bean goes out of the dentist room with good feeling. (801)

Last sunday

I am going to talk about weekend, Sunday. Sunday was the day that I had to vote for the first time. I was a little nerves because nowadays, Japanese government has not been good and young Japanese don't seems to go to vote and vote rate has been down. I wanted to choose the person by myself, but my father's job company was one of candidates so I had to vote for him. After we went to vote place, I met my grandparents. They wanted to give me money for my going abroad. They gave it to me with a letter and they wrote that "Good luck on your going abroad. Be careful and take good care of yourself. We are proud of you." I cried when I looked at it. I thought I had to do my best for everything, of course, for myself. I decided I buy some harvests for them. I love my grandparents! (157)

My Birthday!

Yesterday, June 29th, was my 20th birthday! However, I was not happy in the morning because my family didn't remember my birthday and didn't say "Happy birthday" :( BUT! I became the happiest person in the world as soon as I arrived at university! My dear friends said happy birthday to me and gave me happy birthday e-mails and some presents! I am going to show you the presents. These are awesome, aren't these?? Ayana also came to the university to give me a present! Thank you, Ayana ;) I cannot help telling I love you guys for my friends. I LOVE MY FRIENDS :D Moreover, when I went to the library after school, I met Oosawa san who was the staff of Kokusai Koryu center. I told him my birthday's date and he gave me a present! It was a sweet made from Korea. I was so happy. I like him! haha I recognized that I had many really good friends. I think that all my friends are very kind and funny, but I am going to America this summer :( When I think about that, I always become sad recently. So I will value the time I can enjoy talking, laughing, playing and even studying with them. June 29th was the day which let me know the importance of my friends. Thanks for all my friends! Last Weekend

I am going to talk about last weekend. On Saturday, I went to Jasco in Yatsushiro with my mother and younger brother. My brother plays baseball so he needs some clothes for playing baseball. However, there was no cloth which he wanted so he reserved nice one. Then, we went to sushi restaurant to have dinner. My birth day is June 29th, everyone know that, so the dinner became my pre-birthday party! I like sushi very much! So the party was awesome :)

On Sunday, I did my homework. Actually, I and my friends which are in English department have a huge amount of homework :( In addition, we will have three tests on Friday in this week. It is so terrible for us. However, I promised that I did my best with friends! I'll do my best! (137)

Photos for my 20th ceremony

June 10th, what a nice day! I went to Kumamoto to take photos for my 20th ceremony. Actually, I will be 20 years old on June 29th so I felt a little bit strange. First, I went to hair salon named "proud" and got hair set and make up. It was first time for me to be made up by someone, and that by man! I was a little nurvous. haha After that, I went to Wedding Box, the photo place, and changed clothes. It was also first time to wear a kimono. When I wore the kimono, it was hard to breath. However, when I looked at myself wearing the kimono, I was so happy because the kimono seemed to suit me :) In addition, my father and mother said "You are cute only today, Yui! haha". Hmm... it was OK. Then, the photo time at last! I held many kinds of poses that I had never did. Being taken photos was interesting. I excited doing that. Moreover, I took photos with my parent after such a long time. I recognized that my parent had grown up me with caution again. I will go to America this summer, but I will try to take care of myself :) 　(210)

Lion King

I am going to talk about "Lion King". This is Disney's movie. There is a nation which is controlled by a lion named Mufasa and some lionesses. Hmm... Most of people know about this story, right? So I am going to talk about my opinion. I LOVE this movie so I often see it. There are many favorite points in this movie. First, I like the characters which appear in it. I like Simba of course, but my favorite characters are Timon and Pumbaa! I have introduced them to you once but they are so funny and kind. Second, I like the musics in this movie. Most of characters sing in this movie but they sing different kind of songs. I think the best song is "Hacna Matata". It means "Don't worry"! I have more more more favorite points which I want to tell you, but time is up! I'll talk about it again someday :) (156)

Friday and Saturday

On Friday, I stayed Meg's house as usual. haha We went to yayoi-ken to have dinner after all classes was finished. I ate... hmm.... what did I eat?? Please tell me, Meg :( After that, we went to the library to do our homework. We both had a lot of home works so we had to study! Then, we went back Meg's house. We saw "Pretty Princes 2". That movie was so interesting and I loved it because my favorite actor, Anne Hathaway, appeared in that. I want to be a prince someday!haha



On Saturday, after my part-time job in cram school, I went to Japanese pub named "Tsuru to Kame" with my part-time job company. It was first time for me to go there. I teach only English to my students so I have good relationships with especially English teachers. We talked about a lot of things, about our students, about English and about complaints for our boss a little. haha We had a great time! I want to eat out with them again! Actually, we are planning to do BBQ with all part-time job companies. I am really looking forward to the day! (193)

I bought my cell phone one year ago so I used to use this. My cell-phone's color is purple. I set a Lady Gaga's picture as the stand-by image. The picture is one of my favorite pictures. My cell-phone ring tone is "Stand by me". It is sung by Ben E King and I like this song very much so I set it as cell-phone ring tone. I always have my cell-phone anywhere, but sometimes I forget to bring it because I don't have enough time in the morning. (91)

Using computer is part of my life now because I use the computer everyday in the university and my house. I have to do a lot of homework by using the computer so the computer is the most necessary tool for me. Ouchi-cafe

Yesterday was Narisa's birthday!! Happy birthday Narisa:) I hope you enjoy your 20th life!

Today, I went to Ouchi-cafe to have lunch with Meg. We had wanted to go there and to eat French toasts! But the French toast is served over 2:00 p.m. so we ate lunch menu. I ate a cabbage roll and Meg ate an omelet containing stir-fried rice. Both of them were so delicious that I recommend the cafe for every people. And I am going to tell you a secret ;) Mr.Branch also ate a cabbage roll. He seems to go there many times! If you want to see him, why don't you go to the cafe?haha (111)

My Kumamoto essay prep

One of my friends, Yukiko

I am going to introduce one of my friends again. Her name is Yukiko and I met her at this university first time. She has very big eyes and very cute! That was my first impression of her. However, I realized that she was so funny. Now, she is going to America to study English with me! So we have more time to be together than past. We will go to Fukuoka to take visa interview together. And I am going to tell her good points and bad points. First, good points are that she is so cute and very kind. But she also has bad points. The bad points are that she usually says "I am fat, I am not cute." No way! I think she pays attention on her own body too much. Everyone know that she has a boy friend. I think she can have good relationship with him. I hope I could have big eyes like hers! (161)

My favorite movies

I love watching movies and watch many kinds of movies, for example, Disney, love story and so on. I like most of them but I am going to introduce my favorite movies. First, "P.S. I Love You" is very good movie. I was moved by it so much and watched it with my crying. I couldn't help crying. Second, "Lion King", the movie of Disney, was also amazing. I like the characters which appeared on the movie and the songs. It is really fun to watch movies with friends. (89)

I'm very interested in foreign countries and I especially like America and England. First, I am going to go to America to study English this summer. Because of that, I want to know about American culture and life style. There are many differences between Japanese culture and American culture. About Ayano

I will introduce one of my friends Ayano. I met her at first time when I entered in this university. The first impression of her was scare because she talked with her friends with her big voice! However, after we had a talk, I used to realize about her, we have many same things. She is from same city as me and goes to school by same train so we go to university together every day. Also, we both have a part-time job in cram school. Because of that we can talk about the students that we teach or something. "It is hard for me to teach that part." I often say so to her. Moreover, we both took part in a basket ball club. We aren't from same school but we can talk about basket ball. I want to play basketball with her someday! She is my funny friend :) haha (152)

My other classes

I take seventeen classes on this semester. There are not only interesting classes, but also classes that I am not interested in. My favorite classes are the classes which are involved in English, for example, reading, writing, speaking and so on. These are so interesting and I can be taught English by native teachers. They are so funny and I can enjoy learning English. On the other hand my boring classes are the classes which are not involved in English, for example, biology and history of art. (87)

An animal I want to be

If I can be a animal, I want to be a suricata suricatta. Do you know Suricata suricatta? In Japan, we call it "mi-a cat" maybe. One suricata suricatta appears on "Lion King" as Timon. I think he is the best character in the movie because he sings so excitingly and happily. I love his singing and his characteristics. So why do I want to become a suricata suricatta, I want to be his friend! I want to sing, play in the jungle and talk with him. Also, I want to get along with Pumbaa. We could be the best friends! Taking a walk on dear streets

I like many kinds of exercises and sports, for example, I like to play basketball, volleyball, tennis and so on. Of course, I had taken the highest degree on P.E. in every school. I also like just walking near my house. On sunny days, I often take a walk by myself with my favorite music :) It is so good to walk listening to music. When I walk on streets, I sometimes find beautiful or cute things. For example, I found cherry blossom trees near by my house. That was so beautiful and I was moved by it. Here is the picture. It is beautiful, isn't it?

Also, I often walk on streets and pasts that was walked by elementary school students. Of course, when I was a elementary student, I did! The pasts reminds me a elementary school memories. That is so good for me and I miss those memories a little. If you have any time, why don't you do like me? It's really fun and you can feel quite comfortable! Instead, my favorite songs that is listened by me when I take a walk are Taylor Swift's songs. Her voice is so cute and clear so it makes you more comfortable :)

TOEFL-test

Yesterday, I took a TOEFL test. It was 4 times for me to take it. It is so difficult test for me that I have to study hard. TOEFL test consists of three parts, listening, structure and reading. It depends on the test which the most difficult part is, but this time, listening part was worst. I couldn't hear all thing that they said. However, I thought the reading part was good. I could read all of them. Sometimes, I couldn't even read every reading part so this time was good for me. Actually, I'm going to go to America to study English so I have to study for TOEFL. I must get 500 points on the test, or I won't be able to take university's classes and I have to go to language school at first. To go to language school, I have to pay a lot of money for the school so I don't want to go there. I have got 490 points on the test now, so I wish I get more 10 points! I will study listening part more for the test. (186)

My name is Yui Sawatari. I’m ninteen years old. I’m from Kagami town in Yatsushiro. I went to Yatsushiro Shirayuri high school, which is the girl’s school. My hobby is playing the piano and listening to music. Actually, I had learned piano for 15 years so I attended several competitive which was held in Kumamoto, Saga and so on. Playing the piano makes me happy and let me settle down. I listen to a variety of music but especially I love Reggae and Western music. When I listen to them, I feel so happy and excited. My favorite singers are Bob Marley, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift and so on. I also like eating so I have few things that I don’t want to eat. I don’t like hoshigaki and pineapples. While I like a lot of food, I like udon, spaghetti and fruit, especially I like bananas and peaches. I usually eat a banana for breakfast.
I have three brothers and one sister. Their names are Makoto, Tomoko, Toru, and Itaru. Makoto and Tomoko have gotten married and have children. I often watch TV and play with them. They are so cute and I love them, but when they get together in my house, they are so noisy. When I commute to this university I take a train. It takes about an hour. It is hard for me to take the time to go to university. The train is usually crowed and there are a few people using too much perfume. So I feel tired every morning.
My dream is to go to Broadway to see some musicals. However I think I can’t understand what they said if I could go there, because my English skill is not so good. So I’ll study English more in order to make my dream come true. Actually, I will go to Montana to study English. I want to make friends there and experience many things that I haven’t done. And I want to improve my English pronunciation and I want to teach English for my student in a cram school. I have a part-time job in cram school but I have not been able to teach English for my students well. If I were good at English pronunciation, I could teach it for them. I wish I could do that after I come back to Japan. (393)

My favorite foods!

May 9th, I went to an India restaurant! It is in Yatsushiro and Indians run it! Its food is very good and you can eat ordinary Indian dishes :) I ate curry and nan. The nan was sooooo big that I thought I couldn't eat all of it. But finally I ate everything. haha I enjoyed eating them. Here is an picture of it. Do you want to eat it? Let's go there together!

And today, I drunk a cup of tea. Actually, I LOVE TEA :) It was the first time to buy a new tea sold in Family Mart. It is sweet and its smell is so good. I was tired when I drunk it because I had a part-time job, but I could relax because of the tea. But it is a little expensive :( If you want to take care of myself, try it! My part-time job in a cram school

I'll introduce one of my part-time job. It is in a cram school. I have worked for it since I entered this university. I teach only English because I can't teach any other subjects for students. There are 5 students who are taught by me. Every of them is high school student so I have some difficulties on teaching English for them. I started to work for the cram school because my friend introduced me the job. At first, I worked for money, but now, I do for not only money but also students. This is because my students are so cute and kind. So if my students want to study more, I'll be glad to do together. Also, because of the good relationship between teachers who work in same school, I can enjoy this job! It is really good job and I want to last it by my graduation from university. (152)

May 5th

Today's morning, I made hot cakes by myself. When I went to meg's house, she made it for me. It was so delicious that I wanted to make like it!

First, I cut an apple and fried it, adding three spoons of sugar. Next, added it in the hot cake flour and mixed it. Then fried it for 5 minutes! That's all. The hot cakes are sooooo delicious, but I thought pieces of cake which were made by meg were more delicious :( She is a good cook!



Now, I am starting to do my homework. I try to research about Martin Luther King and his speech! Maybe, many people know about his speech "I have a dream." I learned it in English class in high school.

May 3rd, Alice in Wonderland!

I had a part-time job but it was final on Golden week so I was a little happy ♪

After that, I went to Clair to see "Alice in Wonderland"!! That is because Rick told "If you want to see Alice in Wonderland by 3D, you should see at Clair because the glasses is light." I have seen the movies by 3D at Cineplex, it was exactly that the Clair's glasses was much lighter than Cinepex's one! It was so comfortable to see the movie :) I also recommend that!

There were so many people who wanted to see "Alice". So I couldn't see it on center seat :( However, the movie was so great!!!! Johny is cool , that is the fact everyone know, I like Anne Hathaway. Do you know her? She appears on "The Devil Wears Prada", "Valentine's Day" and so on. Her eyes are so big and smile is cute and beautiful. If you have never seen her movies, you should do now!!haha

My Family in 2025

We have to reach 3000 words on our blog by tomorrow, right? I have to write at least about 1500 words!!! So I will up road my essay which is written one year ago.


My Family (in 2025)
I have a happy family. There are five people in my family－my husband, a son, twin daughters and me. My husband is a baseball player who belongs to the Fukuoka Softbank Hawks, so we live in Fukuoka. His batting order is first and he hits a minimum of a single per game. Because of his batting order and abilities, he is called “The second Ichiro”. I’m proud of him but it is hard to cook. Since he must keep in good health, I have to think about healthy menu everyday. My son’s name is Ken and my daughter’s names are Ayano and Ayana. Ken is eight years old and likes to exercise so he plays catch or soccer with his father. Ayano and Ayana are six years old. They like to exercise and listen to music so they take dance lessons. They jump, turn and run around to the music. Ken, Ayano, Ayana get along with each other. Ken is kind so he takes good care of his sisters. Finally, I’m thirty four years old and teacher of English. I teach to Japanese children at my house. We sing, dance, play and so on in English. It is so exciting for me to attend to children and teach English. As you can see, I’m so happy now because I have a happy family and an exciting job! (263)

May 2nd

Today, I had a part-time job at wedding hall too. Let me introduce about the wedding place for which I'm working. It is in Yatsushiro where I live in and has a chapel and two places for wedding reception. It is so big and so beautiful. Have you seen that?? I have a photo of chapel but it is difficult to understand whether the chapel or not :(

The staffs who work for there are very kind. But if I have only ONE mistake on the wedding reception, they get angry with me. However, I think it is natural that I am got angry by them because any wedding receptions are only one for each couple. So I'll do my best on my job and I hope couples can enjoy their own wedding reception! (134)

May 1st

Today, I had a part-time job in wedding hall. But first, I went to my high school. My high school teacher wanted to interview to me about my going abroad. I might appear in my high school magazine! But it's MAYBE, so don't expect too much!lol
After that, I went to wedding place by walk. It was sunny day so I felt good and could see beautiful flowers and cute children who played at a park.
I arrived at wedding place and prepared for the wedding reception. I thought Today's couple was sooooo rich because there were many guests and a lot of beautiful decorations. The dress which was wore by the bride was blue and really amazing! I thought I wanted to wear!!

My Golden Week Plan

I'll have a part-time job in three days of Golden week. My part-time job is in wedding hole. It is hard job for me because if I take any mistake, it is going to be so big problem! I have three classes on Monday and 2 period is no class. So I usually go to English Lounge with Narisa and Yukiko. On April 25th, I also went to English Lounge with them and we met with Kie who is exchange student from Thailand. We talked about many things, of course all in English! We talked the age of marriage. Kei said people normally gets marry when they are about 30 years old. But it depends on the place where the person lives, city or country. In country side, people often get marry earlier than people who lives in city. I think it is almost same as in Japan. After that, Mr. Waterman came there. He brought a new game for us. My Hobbies

One of my hobbies is playing the piano. I had taken piano lessons for 15years since I was three years old. So playing the piano is part of my life. I play many kinds of music, especially classics and Disney songs. My favorite writer is Bach because I had practiced one of his works for a competition. Playing the piano makes me happy. (63)

Music I Like

When I was asked "What kind of music do you like?”, I always answered "I like Reggae the best." However, it has been changing a little. I also like Western music recently. This story was so interesting! I like Stanley because his behavior and scared expression are very cute. At first, I thought Stanley was poor because he was called "Scaredy" by evry his friends. But he became a hero at last so I was happy to be able to see his smile. I want to read the book to many people.

My Family

I'll introduce my family. My father is 60 years old and works for NTT. His hobby is playing and watching baseball, and also likes to teach baseball for children. He always think about baseball. My mother is 55 years old. She had been a teacher of syuji so the letters which are written by her are so beautiful. I was also teached syuji by her.

I have three brothers and one sister. The biggest brother is 39 years old now and he has wife and three children. He lives in same town as mine with his family. My sister is 37 years old. She also has three children and lives in Miyazaki. The other big brother is 25 years old and he married his wife those days. Finally, about my little brother, he is 16 years old now and he is going to high school. Of course, I love my family so much! (152)

My Brother's Wedding Reception

April 24th --the day I had been waiting for --was my brother's wedding reception. I woke up at 04:30 AM -that was very difficult for me- and I went to a hair salon to make up my hair. After that I and my mother and sister changed our clothes. Each of us prepared own clothes for this day so every clothes are very very cute and beautiful! I and my sister wore a dress and my mother wore a kimono. Then, we got on the bus and started to go to the wedding hall in Fukuoka. It took about three hours to go there, so we were already a little tired.

When we arrived at the wedding hall, my brother who held the party welcomed us and we went to the waiting room. My brother seemed to be a little nervous.lol

At 11:00, the wedding reception started. My brother wore a white tuxedo and his bride wore a white dress. They were sooooo beautiful and cool! I took many photos and talked with them. The next clothes were hakama and kimono. I thought hakama looked better on my brother than the tuxedo. Finally, my brother wore the tuxedo again and his bride wore a red dress! The dress was so cute, beautiful and amazing!!! I thought I wanted to wear the dress.

During the party, I met with many people who is my brother's friends, my relatives and even the persons I had never met with. I really enjoyed talking with them.

After the party, I talked with every my brothers and sister. Actually, I have three brothers and one sister! We are very good brothers so every of us shed tears of joy and kind of sad. I realized that we are very very very good company and I love my brothers and sister again!!

It was so fast that the time spend. I wanted to stay there and talk with my brothers more. My brother is going to live with his wife in Fukuoka from now on, so we will not be able to meet many times. That is sad, but I'll think about my brother's happy. Of course, his wife's and his baby's too. Oh, I forgot to say that, his wife is expected! I'm looking forward to see their baby in the future.

Today, my sister and her children came to my home from Miyazaki. My sister has three children and their name is Madoka, Naoto and Ryo. They came back to attend my brother's wedding party which was hold on Saturday. Children are so noisy but are so cute! I played with them so much. Essay about the Style of Clothes

I think it is free that people wear any kinds of clothes, but if clothes which are wore by people reflect the person’s attitude, it is important to think clothes which suit the places or situations. There are two reasons for that.
First, I think individuality of clothes should be regarded as one of the ways to express one’s feelings and senses. If I were sad, I would tend to wear kinds of dark color clothes. Like this, clothes which are wore change even because of the day’s feelings. So we shouldn’t judge the person’s character from only their clothes.
Next, I think clothes choose the places so we have to think about whether the clothes suit the situation or not. According to the article about Kokubo, he didn’t behave as the Olympic player, the representative of Japan. Then he was blamed by many people. This is because the sagging pants didn’t suit the situation.
All in all, we have to think about the situation we are in carefully. (173)

Going to My High Shool

April 21st after school, I went to my high school to take a letter. It has passed a long time since I last went there. My English teacher made me take part in the ESS club activity. I was a little nervous because I didn't even know that there were the club in my high school. haha I introduced myself and talked about my going abroad plan there. Of course, those were in English so it was a show for my English teacher that I spoke English in front of her. After talking with them, I talked with her and she said "Your English became better than what I knew!" When I heard that, I was so glad(^-^) And I met with many teachers who took care of me. Anyway, I was cheered up by many people in my high school! I have to do my best on my studing in America for them!!! (149)

My banana breakfast

For breakfast I usually eat banana or bread. Also, I like tea so I always drink a cup of tea with breakfast. However , when I eat a banana or a slice of bread, I often get to be hungry. So I often bring a rice ball to school. (50)

My favorite fruit is peaches because its taste is so sweet and delicious! But it is difficult for me to peel those. So I want my cross fruit "peana". It is the combination of peach and banana. My weekend

Last weekend is so busy for me. On Saturday, I went to Kurea to buy clothes for wedding party of my brother. The party is going to be next Saturday. It would be the first time for me to attend someone's wedding party, so it was difficult to chose the clothes I will wear. Finally, I bought a black dress. I think it is so nice. I'm looking forward to wearing it and attending my brother's party.

I read the book which is named "Snails". Snail's life and body's details are written. There are cute pictures in the book and those help me to understand snail's body parts.
Do you know the biggest land snails in the world? They live in Africa and can grow to 38cm long! It's sooooo big! But I don't want to see them.
There also is the way to find snails easily in this book. Snails come out after rain because they like the wet. So if you want to find them, just follow their slimy trails in rainy days :) (99)

April, 10th

I went to new exchange students welcome party. There were many new exchange students and KGU students. I had known two Korean people because they stayed at Ayano's home as home stay. Their name is Mira and Herin. They spoke Japanese so well that I could talk with them like Japanese friends.
Also, there were many other exchange students from Korea , China , Vietnam, America and England. I was so happy because I could make many friends and talk a lot , but it was difficult for EVERYONE to remember the name. I understood the feelings that every exchange students might feel, that was so terrible!
I became friends with Scott who is from Montana, MSU! I'm going to go there as an exchange student, so it is wonderful for me to be friend with someone who is from MSU. Anyway, I could have a great time with many many my new friends! (154)
